The WWE Elite Squad — Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae and Sam Roberts — revealed pics of a handful of upcoming WWE Elite and Legends action figures. Among the reveals was a first look at Legends 9 Undertaker in purple “phantom” gear.
WWE Legends 9 Nikolai Volkoff and the “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase have graduated from renders to actual prototypes. Volkoff, who comes with a hat and soft goods jacket, has been featured in the line since the early days of Legends 2-packs.
The Million Dollar Man comes in a molded suit for the first time in the Elite line. The silver suit version is also the chase variant in the wave, which is exclusive to Target stores.
A handful of other main line Elite and Collectors’ Edition figures were also revealed, including Elite 81 Shinsuke Nakamura and the new Intercontinental Championship. Nakamura is also the chase variant of the wave.
Collectors’ Edition figures of Mae Young (Elite 81) and Davey Boy Smith (Elite 82) in his British Bulldogs tag team attire were also revealed. Young comes with a soft goods coat, while Smith is joined by mascot Matilda.
Finally, the Elite Squad offered a sneak peak of WWE Elite 84 Buddy Murphy in his disciple gear and with what appears to be a soft goods Seth Rollins Messiah shirt.
Murphy’s inclusion in Elite 84 possibly signals that the recently leaked lineup for Elite 84 may be somewhat inaccurate. Confirmed for the wave thus far are Kushida, Rhea Ripley and Angel Garza.
Finally, a shout out to Instagram user Fig_Photos8, who was featured in the interview with Gargano and LeRae and was previously profiled on this site.
