WWE Elites to Get Double-Jointed Elbows
Pinless double-joined elbows are coming to the WWE Elite line this year, starting with Elite 85 Bray Wyatt and Becky Lynch, Mattel WWE marketing manager Steve Ozer shared on Twitter this weekend. Ozer described the move as a slow transition, but it’s starting to roll out with the recently revealed E85 wave.
The changes won’t affect the pricing of Ultimate Edition figures, which come with the double-jointed elbows, Ozer told someone on Twitter.
“With UE, you’ll still have additional articulation, additional heads with every figure, swappable parts like arms for entrance gear or soft goods depending on what works better for the execution,” he wrote.
Ozer also explained why articulation alone isn’t the only factor to examine in wrestling figure pricing.
