Ultimo Dragon is coming to the Legends of Lucha Libre Fanaticos line from Boss Fight Studio.
Ultimo Dragon, who made a name for himself in the U.S. during the Monday night wars in the WCW Cruiserweight Division, will be part of a second wave of Fanaticos (basic) figures that includes Vampiro, Taurus and Hijo del Perro Aguayo. Those figures should be available in the second half of 2021, according to Masked Republic.
Although those figures will start in the basic Fanaticos line, they will potentially receive more premium releases in the future.
“Anyone is fair game for one line or the other or both, but with premium only coming in waves of 2, we want to be able to share the love and get more figures out overall within a year, so sit tight on that!” Masked Republic wrote on Twitter.
The first wave of Fanaticos figures — Pentagon, Rey Fenix, Juventud Guerrera and Taya Valkyrie — is now available for pre-order via Boss Fight. Each figure retails for $19.99. The only timeline offered for shipping is “coming soon” and notes that due to the COVID-19 the timelines have become unpredictable.
Boss Fight offered additional images of those figures as well.
The premium/collectors’ edition of figures features Pentagon and Fenix in wave one, followed by Konnan and Lady Maravilla in wave two and Tinieblas Jr. and Laredo Kid in wave three.
