PowerTown: All Outstanding Orders Will Be Fulfilled; Business Model to Change for Future Releases

PowerTown will fulfill all of its outstanding pre-orders, co-founder, president and CEO Steve Rosenthal told Wrestling Figure News in an email Thursday morning.

Wrestling Figure News reached out to Rosenthal after PowerTown’s website went down Wednesday, displaying a Shopify template page. The site has since been restored.

Rosenthal told Wrestling Figure News that PowerTown was “doing some maintenance overnight and the site went down for several hours.”

Asked about concerns about long-delayed orders going unfulfilled, Rosenthal wrote: “We respect the concerns and understand totally. I can assure you that every single open order for Remco…Ultras 2 and TNA WILL BE FULFILLED. There are are no underlying ‘conspiracies’ … just very unfortunate delays.”

In late April, PowerTown issued a letter saying its outstanding orders were expected to reach collectors in summer 2025. In late June, the company said images of Ultras 2 and TNA Ultras represented work-in-progress, while Remco figures were in final production and expected to ship “shortly” via air freight to its warehouse with a July arrival.

After delays in 2024, Ultras 2 (legends) and TNA were expected in April 2025. TNA Ultras was originally expected in August 2024.

Once the outstanding orders reach customers, Rosenthal said PowerTown will change the way it offers future products. He said the business model will transition from a pre-order model to an in-stock model.

“There are some incredible announcements we are anxious to post…but for obvious reasons we are waiting for figures to be in hand first,” he told Wrestling Figure News.

Ultras 2 features Wahoo McDaniel, Dory Funk Jr., Junk Yard Dog, Kamala, Madusa and Jack Brisco.

TNA Ultras 1 features Josh Alexander, Eddie Edwards, Moose and Jordynne Grace.

Remcos includes The Rock ‘N’ Roll Express, Magnum TA, Tully Blanchard, Missing Link, Tito Santana, Nick Bockwinkel, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan and Bobo Brazil

  1. Oh that makes me feel so much better….NOT! No date still, but orders will be fulfilled, could be another 5 yrs though. He shouldn’t even consider taking future orders. No 2nd chances here bud. At least the most hated wrestling figure ceo(no caps deserving) finally spoke.

    Thanks for the update JK

  2. I have just wrote off the money. I believe we are not going to get anything we paid for, and at some point they will end up at Ollie’s or a similar outlet store.
