
WWE Elite Legends 22 is possibly the strangest series yet in the line’s history. The set will feature a pair of first-time-in-the-line figures (one pre-Attitude Era and one Golden Era), as well as the Japanese version of possibly wrestling’s biggest star ever and the greatest boxer of all time.
The full lineup for Legends 22 was revealed today, featuring the first WWE Elite figures of The Sultan and Captain Lou Albano, the first Elite figure of Muhammad Ali, and Hulk Hogan from his early 1980s run in Japan.
The Sultan was previously known as Fatu and would later go on to become Rikishi. Hogan gets the chase for his big-in-Japan look. Captain Lou fills a major hole for 1980s collectors.
Ali is possibly one of the biggest eyebrow raisers in the set given he was the San Diego Comic Con exclusive this year in Ultimate Edition form, which is still available here.
