With a little more than one day left to go, the WCW Nitro stage crowdfund has surged to 65% funded. The project is 1,740 units sold away from reaching the 5,000-backer minimum threshold to unlock the stage and two Ultimate Edition figures: Rey Mysterio and Scott Steiner.
The crowdfund has until May 5 at 11:59 p.m. PT to reach a minimum of 5,000 units sold to unlock the stage. Other unlockable tiers open up at 7,000 units sold (Diamond Dallas Page), 9,000 units (the Ultimate Warrior) and 11,000 units (Hulk Hogan).
The last 48 hours have been wild as the project jumped from 43% funded on Monday to 54% funded to nearly two-thirds of the way funded.
