The packaging for WWE Elite 100 — the milestone set celebrating 100 waves of WWE premium action figures from Mattel — was officially revealed this evening by Mattel WWE marketing director Steve Ozer. The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast shared these side-by-side images, showing off the artwork of Jonathan Bartlett.
“Over the past 13 years, the Mattel team has brought us the greatest wrestling figures of all time, with the Elite Collection being one of the line’s foundational pillars,” Ozer wrote on Twitter. “As a lifelong fan and collector, it’s my honor and privilege to be part of the current team that is able to bring to you this very special Elite Collection Series 100 featuring some of the greatest Superstars of all time, each with a brand new Championship Title accessory execution and all housed in commemorative packaging featuring the amazing artwork of @bartlettstudio.”
The artwork really adds a premium feel to the line.
