Mattel offered a peek at the next two WWE Basic lineups during Monday’s photo reveals on WWE.com.
Photos of several first-time-in-the-line figures were unveiled. In WWE 122, that’s Damian Priest and Chelsea Green, who is also the chase figure (black attire).
Given Green’s release from WWE, this could be both her first and last WWE action figures.
Filling out the 122 lineup are Drew McIntyre and Charlotte.
WWE 123 marks the first figures of Dexter Lumis and Jake Atlas, who is also the chase figure (white attire). The lineup also may spell one of the final Braun Strowman figures. Updated figures of Bobby Lashley and Otis also round out the lineup.
While it’s exciting to see new faces in the Basic line, the figures aren’t what they used to be, as My Damn Toys recently reminded the collector community.
WWE Basic Series 77 marked the stripping of articulation from the figures and the line really hasn’t been the same since.
That said, the line still offers stellar head sculpts, whether that’s WWE 121 Kane or Championship Showdown “Monday Night Messiah” Seth Rollins.
