Jeremy Padawer Appointed President of Jazwares

Jazwares has appointed chief brand officer Jeremy Padawer as its new president,effective March 20. The toy maker announced Padawer’s promotion, along with several other leadership changes on Wednesday.

Padawer has long ties to the wrestling figure community from his work on Jakks’ WWE line in the 2000s to more recently Jazwares’ partnership with AEW. The latter remains uncertain amid rumors of AEW’s licensing deal with Jazwares coming to an end.

Padawer’s promotion comes as David Neustein takes the reins as CEO from co-founder and CEO Judd Zebersky. Padawer will take over the president role from co-founder Laura Zebersky.

Other c-suit moves include:

  • Matthew Siesel expanding his role as chief financial officer and operating officer;
  • Herb Mitschele’s appointment as chief commercial officer;
  • Judd Karofsky’s appointment as chief business development officer;
  • And Gerhard Runken’s appointment to the chief brand officer role.

Earlier this year, Jazwares founders Judd and Laura Zebersky announced plans to step down from their roles on March 20, leading to Neustein’s appointment as CEO. Neustein previously served as COO for 15 years.
