Hasttel Toys is attempting to juice its Ahmed Johnson pre-orders with the addition of Legion of Doom-style spiked shoulder pads.
Hasttel announced the accessory addition this morning, writing on Instagram: “@realahmedjohnson Regium Figure By @hastteltoy Will Now Include Shoulder Pads! We Are Doing So Well With Pre Sales, That We Decided To Include The Shoulder Pads Everyone Wanted! Remember The Pre Order Price Will Be Raised In Less Than Two Weeks!”
Johnson wore the shoulder pads when he teamed with the Legion of Doom at WrestleMania 13 against the Nation of Domination.
Pre-orders for Ahmed Johnson and Raven launched earlier this week. Each figure retails for $44.99 or $79.99 for the bundle. The figures are expected to arrive in Q4, so sometime between October and December.
Also worth noting: Hasttel has said these figures will be limited to 600 pieces each worldwide.
Each figure comes with extra head sculpts and hands. Raven will include either a soft goods or sculpted leather jacket accessory.
