WWE Monday Night War Line Green Lit Through 2026

The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast published its interview with the Mattel WWE design team, including Steve Ozer, Magic Olmos and Robert Rudman.

The team dropped several newsy nuggets, including that the Walmart exclusive Monday Night War line will continue at least through 2026. The line was given the green light recently through 2026, Ozer shared.

Retros and the Coliseum Collection Ultimate Edition figures are in the “discussion phase” for 2026 and “on the table” to continue for at least another two years, Ozer said. Those lines need the approval of senior leadership to move forward for 2026 though as well as an influx of viable talent pairings with the latter looking like its be on the way.

“There are some names that have been tossed my way that are very exciting that are perfect for Coliseum Collection,” Ozer said. “So we’ll see.

At least two yet-to-be-announced Coliseum Collection sets for 2025 are on the way.

Also, “Macho Man” Randy Savage’s status with Mattel remains unchanged. “It’s gonna happen. There’s no way he doesn’t come back into the fold,” he added. However, there’s “no updates.”
