Target is infinitely better with their preorders than Walmart, and they usually sell out pretty quickly, but they always get to you, and I don’t believe I know of any cancellations outside of Mattel just cancelling.
My Walmart RVD has officially been cancelled, and on top of that the other times they have been cancelled, or sent the wrong items.
