Shipments of the corrected first series of PowerTown wrestling figures from a factory in China are expected to dock in the U.S. this week, according to an email from the fledgling company’s managing partner, Steve Rosenthal.
Rosenthal admitted that PowerTown missed its “anticipated shipping date due to a delay en route,” however the company is ex expecting shipments of the figures to arrive with its distribution partner this week.
“Orders will begin shipping when all containers have been received,” Rosenthal added.
The PowerTown line was delayed earlier this year due to a design flaw that caused the figures’ legs to break off.
The first series of PowerTown figures includes Verne Gagne, Magnum TA, Lou Thesz, Kerry Von Erich, Stan Hansen and Bruiser Brody.

The new and improved PowerTown Ultras Series 1 are almost here. While we missed our anticipated shipping date due to a delay en route, we are expecting delivery to our distribution partner shortly.
The latest information from our freight forwarder, CSL Express Line, is that containers will begin arriving at our fulfillment partner this week. Orders will begin shipping when all containers have been received.
That said, if you have had a change of delivery address that you have NOT emailed along with your order number to support@powertownwrestling.com , please do so as soon as possible in order to insure correct delivery once shipment commences.
Again, we thank you for your continued support,
Steve Rosenthal
